A little bit about us...
A ping pong table, six disgruntled children, a small town in Tennessee, and a dream…. What do these things have in common? The Karat Patch! Our very first orders were sorted and shipped on the ping pong table of Bonnie Bell’s children in the basement of their home in Springfield, Tennessee. It was her dream to bring fashionable and affordable jewelry, from around the world, to ladies who wanted to look chic without the expense.
Over the years, this small cottage industry grew into a larger wholesale company that became known as Seasons Jewelry. With that growth, we opened a showroom in Atlanta, Georgia and expanded our line to include licensed Collegiate jewelry.
The last couple of years have been a season of change at Seasons Jewelry, and in welcoming new ownership, we now call two places “home.” You’ll still see us grabbing lunch on the square in Springfield, but we also have an office in Lexington, Kentucky, and we are excited about the new relationships and possibilities in store!
Despite all of the success through the years — and some challenging times as well — Seasons has remained committed to quality designs and superior customer service. With thousands of relationships across the United States, we have fostered a brand that our customers have grown to trust and respect.

What if my product(s) is damaged when I receive it?
All Sales are final unless the item is damaged. If your order has damages or shortages, please call Customer Service (866-382-0737) within 30 days of receiving order. Please have the invoice number ready.
When will I receive my product(s)?
If there are no problems with your order, it will typically ship within 2 - 3 business days. However, there are certain times of the year that the shipping time will be delayed based on product demand and/or holiday. Feel free to contact Customer Service to inquire further.
After you have placed an order with us, you should have been emailed a receipt, if not please email Customer Service. You should also receive a copy of your receipt when your order arrives.
