What if my product(s) is damaged when I receive it?
If your order has damages, please review our warranty policy to start a claim.
When will I receive my product(s)?
Orders typically ship within 2 - 3 business days. However, there are certain times of the year that the shipping time will be delayed based on product demand and/or holiday. Feel free to contact Customer Service to inquire further.
*Seasons Jewelry Retail is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping providers or other unforeseen events once parcels have left our warehouse.
After you have placed an order with us, you should have been emailed a receipt, if not please email Customer Service. You should also receive a copy of your receipt when your order arrives.
How do I get Free Shipping?
Orders up to $40 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Do you sell at any Retail Shows?
We participate in several retail shows every year, as The Karat Patch! Click here to see which shows we'll be at this year! We also do wholesale shows at Americasmart Atlanta!
Are your products nickel and lead free?
All Seasons Jewelry Retail products are lead free. Most products are also nickel free. The exception to this are any products with vintage tone plating. These select products do contain nickel.
What is The Karat Patch?
The Karat Patch is the original Seasons Jewelry! When Bonnie Bell started Seasons Jewelry many years ago, it began as The Karat Patch. Over the years, it has evolved into Seasons Jewelry Retail (and Seasons Jewelry - our wholesale entity). Our business name is The Karat Patch DBA Seasons Jewelry Retail - so you may see "The Karat Patch" on your bank statement when you place on order here on our retail site.
